Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients

Wash and cook the beans until soft, then set them aside. Chop the onions, tomatoes, green pepper, cabbage, and carrots.

Step 2: Heat Up the Oil

In a large pot, heat palm oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft.

Step 3: Add Spices

Stir in curry powder, thyme, black pepper, ground crayfish, and Maggi cube. Cook for a minute to release the flavors.

Step 4: Cook the Vegetables

Add the green pepper, grated carrots, and cabbage. Stir and steam for 5 minutes until tender.

Step 5: Mix in the Beans

Add the cooked beans and mix well. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 6: Serve & Enjoy

Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with pap, rice, or toasted bread.
