Classic spaghetti bolognese

Ingredients:
- Sunflower oil
- 8 onions, finely chopped
- 6 carrots, finely chopped
- 6 celery sticks, finely chopped
- 4 kg beef mince
- 3.06 kg Rhodes Tomato and Onion Mix
- 90 ml finely chopped garlic
- Pepper and salt, to taste
- 65 ml mixed dried herbs
Instructions:
1. In a large pan, heat some sunflower oil.
2. Add the finely chopped carrots, onions, and celery sticks to the pan and fry until they become fragrant and softened.
3. Stir in the finely chopped garlic and continue frying for a few more minutes.
4. Gently add the beef mince to the pan and cook until it browns lightly.
5. Pour in the Rhodes Tomato and Onion Mix, mixed dried herbs, pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
6. Cover the pan and let the mixture simmer for about 45 minutes, allowing the flavors to develop and the sauce to thicken.
7. While the sauce is simmering, prepare spaghetti or your preferred pasta according to the package instructions.
8. Serve the spaghetti topped with the Bolognese sauce.
9. Optionally, garnish with grated cheese or fresh herbs before serving.
